Director agent orchestration
A lead agent decomposes the brief, assigns work, validates outputs, and decides when execution can advance or must stop.
When I was building one of my websites, I ran into a design problem. The tools were there, but they needed orchestration — so I built a designer myself. A director agent that coordinates sub-agents for design execution, code generation, and research, with hard-coded safety gates at every step.

What it does
Director agent controls execution across the full design loop
Director agent orchestration
A lead agent decomposes the brief, assigns work, validates outputs, and decides when execution can advance or must stop.
Visual design execution
Sub-agents handle layout direction, component composition, interface refinement, and page-level consistency against a defined visual system.
Code generation
Implementation agents translate approved design decisions into production-oriented web builds in a controlled TypeScript workflow.
Research and grounding
Research agents gather context, compare references, and feed the system with evidence before decisions become design or code.
Safety gates
Hard-coded controls before anything ships
Hard-coded approval gates before design-to-code promotion
Explicit orchestration boundaries between planning, execution, and release
Structured checks for output quality, safety, and task completion
